In case of receipt of products not complying with orders or defective, the CUSTOMER is entitled to recovery without the expense of conformity by repair or replacement of the product. The CUSTOMER may exercise this right if the defect becomes apparent within two years from delivery and denounces the defect Jewellery Carlo Sessa sas di Carlo and Michela Sessa within two months of discovery.

If replacement or repair is not possible, the CUSTOMER is otherwise entitled to a price reduction or to have back a sum commensurate with the value of the property, against the return to the seller of the defective product.

The Legal Guarantee is for private consumption, are therefore excluded from the scope purchases made with VAT.

The starting date of the guarantee coincides with the date of receiving the product.

Grounds for disqualification of the Legal Guarantee

The CUSTOMER shall not be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the Agreement in connection with any product or any component found to be defective if, unless otherwise provided herein and in accordance with applicable law:

(I) the Products have been repaired or altered by persons other than the manufacturer, Jewellery Carlo Sessa sas di Carlo and Michela Sessa or any authorized dealer;

(Ii) the lack of conformity of the Product or Products has manifested itself over a period of 2 (two) years from the delivery of the same product and / or its instance repair or replacement of the defective product or defective products was sent elapsed 2 (two) months from discovery of the defect; and / or

The Legal Guarantee can be invoked:
